Madam President, last September 18, 2008 the Transmission and the Integrated District Tricycle 
Federation in coordination with the City Council’s Committee on Energy, Transportation and 
Communication successfully conducted a Transport Summit in one of the conference rooms 
here at Sangguniang Panlungsod with a theme: "Driver ug Katawhan: Ipadayon ang Pakigbisog
