Madam President, allow me to present a bird’s eye view of our proposed legislative agenda on the Transportation and Traffic Management Plan for Davao City and the Comprehensive Traffic Code of Davao City. If you will recall, our City Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte has issued Executive Order No. 15, Series of 2008, creating the Technical Working Group (TWG) for such a purpose, and since then the TWG has been meeting regularly every Friday of the week. |
